These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the C&N Window Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide. C&N Window Cleaning (“C&N,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Oshawa, Ontario, and serves Durham Region and surrounding areas. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.Our Services

C&N provides residential and commercial exterior services, which may include interior and exterior window cleaning, screen and track cleaning, gutter cleaning and whitening, pressure washing, deck staining, and seasonal cleanups. Service availability depends on your location and the condition of the property.

2.Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. They are estimates, not final invoices — the final price may be adjusted (and confirmed with you) if the actual size, condition, or accessibility of the property differs from what was described. No price is binding until we confirm it with you directly.

3.Booking & Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. Because much of our work is outdoors, we may need to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions. We’ll always do our best to give you reasonable notice and find a new time that works.

4.Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

5.Property Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced (for example, unlocking gates and moving fragile items near windows). For everyone’s safety, our team may decline to service areas they judge to be unsafe to reach.

6.Payment

Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We’ll let you know the accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.

7.Our Commitment to Quality

We take pride in our work and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with any part of the job, please contact us promptly and we’ll make it right.

8.Liability

C&N carries appropriate insurance and takes care on every job. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear (such as cracked seals, loose frames, faulty windows, or aging surfaces) that may become apparent during or after service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10.Changes to These Terms
